Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Project and Service Management team. The position is an individual contributor role without leadership responsibilities and does not involve team management.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of information technologies (system, network, cloud, etc.) and corporate customer experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proper diction
• Results and solution-oriented with strong progress skills
• A good team player, highly motivated, and able to work in an agile environment focused on results and solutions

What Will You Do

• Managing the transition period activities carried out to stabilize services, coordinating with the relevant units, following project methodology principles, and within the planned cost, quality, and time constraints
• Acting as the company's primary point of contact with the customer and other interested parties during the transition period and routine service management
• Establishing strong, long-term relationships with our customers to monitor their needs and expectations
• Monitoring and improving our customers' use of our products and services
• Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' business success, analyzing new product and service needs, and managing related procurement processes
• Ensuring end-to-end ownership and resolution of technical and administrative issues related to Eclit services that customers encounter
• Conducting periodic monthly meetings with customers and presenting SLA reports
• Creating service management manuals, technical/administrative documentation, quality/process documents, business impact analyses, disaster recovery/business continuity plans in coordination with relevant internal and external units
• Monitoring and reporting contractual performance criteria
• Analyzing service risks and reporting to senior management
• Managing invoicing and reconciliation processes
• Overseeing contract renewal processes
