JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical support to the factory, field personnel, customers, customer relations, dealers, and sister companies, and keep track of and record it.
• Provide instant responses to technical inquiries from customers about their processes, and keep track of and record them.
• Review the report of opened/closed service records, direct the necessary action steps, and take action.
• Investigate recurring faults identified in the field, conduct on-site tests concerning processes,
• Conduct process analysis for inquiries and inspection requests from customers, and prepare customer visit reports.
• Instantly investigate customer problems, implement the necessary procedures by informing relevant departments.
• Prepare process flowcharts and root knowledge documents.
• Conduct commissioning remotely and on-site and provide training to customers thereafter.
• Participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
• Tracking the records of test equipment and following up their conditions.
• Tracking the test of the product samples, taken from the site, preparing their reports.
