Business Analyst (Emiratisation Role)

Our client is a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi and is looking to hire a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

•Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined and understood.

•Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support recommendations and decision-making.

•Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

•Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

•Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring that business requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.

•Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding between parties.

•Change Management: Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and user guides.

Requirements:

•As this is an Emiratisation mandate, the client is seeking a UAE National with a Family Book.

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

•3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of analysing business processes and delivering actionable insights.
