Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
- Product Development Lifecycle:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cutting-edge.
- Agile Product Management:
- Define and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-priority features and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch.
- Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement, identify bottlenecks, and inform iterative improvements.
- Product Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and APIs.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Documentation: Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
