Role Overview

:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in insurance claims systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency

.Key Responsibilities

• :Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate)
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions for insurance claims systems
• .Integrate backend services with third-party APIs, databases, and other external systems
• .Develop and optimize SQL/NoSQL database queries for claims data management
• .Ensure application security, performance, and reliability in compliance with industry standards
• .Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• .Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments
• .Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in both Java development and the insurance domain

.Qualifications

• :7-10+ years of experience in Java backend development
• .Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• .Deep understanding of insurance claims processes, workflows, and data structures
• .Experience in with Azure clou
• dProficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• .Experience working with APIs (RESTful or SOAP)
• .Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• .Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• .Excellent communication and teamwork skills
