Technology Lead

The Lead Technology will work closely with the Head of Technology to design, build, and scale innovative web and mobile applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions that drive the success of our technology stack.

Technical Expertise:

• Lead hands-on development and architecture for web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, NestJS, and NextJS.
• Design and build scalable, high-performance, secure software solutions, ensuring robustness across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage end-to-end system design, including database architecture and boilerplate setup.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless integration and deployment.
• Architect and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure, including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Service Bus, Blobs, and DataLakes.
• Develop and implement containerization strategies using Docker, with orchestration managed by Kubernetes.
• Enhance SEO performance by applying best practices to boost visibility and rankings.
• Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support, ensuring the team’s success.

• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications “

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of software development and architecture experience, with expertise in ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, NestJS, and NextJS.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing detailed and high-level software architectures, including database schema design.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Service Bus, Blobs, and DataLakes.
• Demonstrated experience in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or related fields.
• Experience with additional cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and data analytics.
