Lead Game Producer

Working on a live game that keeps getting better with regular updates and fresh content. In this role, you'll be the bridge between the Game Director and the production team, ensuring new versions hit the mark—on time, within budget, and packed with quality.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Management:

• Be a key player on the executive team;

• Connect the dots between the game's management and the production crew;

• Spot potential risks and tackle them head-on;

• Optimize our project management to boost efficiency and quality.

Project Management: Planning, Execution, and Improvements

• Plan budgets and allocate resources;

• Keep the team fired up and ready to go;

• Coordinate efforts across all stakeholders until the game goes live;

• Make sure we stick to the budget and hit deadlines;

• Ensure top-notch quality, working closely with the CTO and Game Director;

• Solve problems on the fly and keep things running smoothly;

• Focus on continuous improvement in everything we do.

Who We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Lead Producer in a "game as a service" environment, who’s excited to join a growing game studio. If you have these skills, we want to meet you:

• Strong communication and the ability to adapt to different roles;

• Great at bringing multidisciplinary teams together;

• Skilled in conflict resolution and quick decision-making;

• Super organized with strong follow-up skills;

• Experience with Agile project management tools and methods;

• And, of course, a passion for games!
