Tasks
- Assist with the whole recruitment process including all documentation from job descriptions, advertisements, interviews etc to contract of employment and on boarding documentation.
- Application of work permits
- Assist Managers and employees with HR related employment queries.
- Maintenance of HR Information system.
- Production of monthly HR reports
- Various other HR Related administrative tasks
- 3 years proven administrative experience preferably within Human Resources environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative use of social media for recruitment purposes.
- Good organsiational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR related systems
