Your Role

Are you communicative, driven, and people-oriented with solid experience in IT Support? At Sogeti Belgium, we are looking for an IT Support Agent to work with a European Institution, ensuring smooth IT operations and exceptional user support.

Responsibilities Include

• Acting as a service desk agent, incident agent/analyst, and problem agent/analyst.
• Handling incident analysis and providing first- and second-line customer support to maximize first-call resolution.
• Managing on-site support tasks, including PC reconfiguration and installation.
• Documenting operational procedures and drafting technical content for the knowledge database.
• Testing, administering applications, and collaborating with system and database administrators for task execution.
  
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support.
• Fluency in English and German (written and oral). French is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of iOS and Android is a plus.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
