DevOps Engineer

As part of an Agile framework, the iOps role is integrated into the APS domain's business support structure, which is aligned with a certain tribe. The individual actively participates in team rituals and plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the product, along with the stability and reliability of technical environments (production and non-production) for a specific application deployed by the tribe.

Function Description

The iOps responsibilities include:

Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Managing IT infrastructure tasks related to deployments and maintenance.

Overseeing software release processes across various environments.

Performing operational activities for the asset, including support and maintenance.

Setting up and reviewing monitoring tools and configurations.

Automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.

Supporting frameworks like Spring Boot, ensuring compatibility, deployment, and operational stability within the tech stack.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Technical Experience (Mandatory)

Linux System Administration

Nginx

Ansible for automation

Technical Experience (Preferable)

Experience with tool such as Spring Boot, ensuring deployment readiness and runtime optimization.

API Management tools, Helm charts, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault (HVault), Kubernetes, Docker, Nexus.

Networking fundamentals, including VPN, NAT, etc.

Business Experience (Mandatory)

Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
