Responsibilities



  • Provide on-site technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and peripherals.
  • Ensure seamless network connectivity and assist with issues related to Wi-Fi, VPNs, and other network services.
  • Manage and update IT assets, ensuring all hardware and software are properly documented and tagged.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner, either in person or remotely, using remote support tools.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues that require cross-team efforts.
  • Monitor system health, including software updates, patches, and security updates, to ensure systems are up-to-date.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and knowledge articles for internal reference.
