About The Role
Adobe is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with extensive application development expertise to join our Adobe Experience Cloud team. This role provides a great opportunity to craft the future of brand-new technologies and solutions, contributing to Adobe’s reputation as a leading company in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement robust, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experiences.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code using design patterns and refactoring techniques.
- Deliver performant features while ensuring code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory).
- Provide mentorship to less experienced developers by conducting thorough and constructive code reviews.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and proven experience in building responsive, elegant, and scalable web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- In-depth understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including design principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in creating world-class web application interfaces.
- Experience with data management, including APIs, REST, JSON, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git.
- Familiarity with browser debugging tools for layout, process inspection, and network analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally in a large, team-oriented software environment.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of design.
- A dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Comfort with code reviews, both receiving and giving constructive feedback.
- Value for test-driven development, ensuring tests act as a safety net for refactoring and new code.
- The ability to understand and communicate the technical vision of the product.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with data analysis or data visualization.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery practices supported by automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Travis CI.
