6-month fixed term contract from February/March 2025

The Senior Project Manager is leading and coordinating the overall direction, implementation, executions, control & completion of strategic and operational projects for Richemont Europe (10 markets), while ensuring consistency with group strategy.

You will be part of a team leading strategic initiatives and strongly supporting the Group and our Maisons to transform their business operating model where needed.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Lead the execution of regional strategic projects and follow-up on their implementation
• Identify priorities to allocate project resources accordingly
• Liaise with Group functions to ensure alignment of the Regional orientations with the Group strategy
• Lead Operational Excellence projects and initiatives
• Collaborate and support Logistics budget process for the region
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in strategic project management or operations in complex and multicultural organizations
• You demonstrate a strong leadership, you are actions & results driven and recognize yourself are being significantly customer focus
• You have strong project management and organizational skills
• You hold a Master’s degree or significant Diploma in Business Management
• You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages such as French is a plus)
• You have an affinity for IT and good understanding of business management
