The company is seeking two (2) consultants for project management and sub-project management, one at level 5 and one at level 4, for our client Region Stockholm. The assignment involves project management and sub-project management within the program called Generationsskifte Vårdens IT, which includes the implementation of medical records systems within various operations. Project managers will be responsible for ensuring the progress of the projects and may need to work at strategic/tactical as well as operational levels. The operations play a crucial role in the implementation, but the work is led by the project manager.

Tasks:

• Organize, lead, and implement projects towards goals in accordance with time, costs, and quality
• Actively lead all parts of the projects to ensure progress and continuous reconciliation with the needs of the business
• Lead risk management in the projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the projects that are implemented
• Resource planning and active time planning in the projects
• Actively work towards all stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

Consultant at Level 5 must:

• Have several years of experience in leading IT-related projects in healthcare
• Have good knowledge of IT in healthcare and the healthcare organization
• Be open, outgoing, responsive, humble, and a problem solver who enjoys working in a team
• Be analytical, methodical, responsible, independent, and delivery-oriented
• Have experience in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), management of meetings/workshops, etc.
  
  

Consultant at Level 4 must:

• Have experience in leading IT-related sub-projects in complex knowledge organizations
• Be open, outgoing, responsive, humble, and a problem solver who enjoys working in a team
• Be analytical, methodical, responsible, independent, and delivery-oriented
• Have good skills in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  
  

Merit:

It is a merit if consultants have experience in lab operations and BI/output projects.
