Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work directly with the Growth Manager on developing and implementing growth marketing initiatives & strategies across many channels and help drive real impact on the company’s development and day-to-day in one of the most dynamic industries. You will be using your organizational skills to collaborate with developers, content writers and graphic and video designers. You will receive guidance and support while learning from some of the best professionals in the industry but we will also equip you with tools necessary to take ownership and develop your own projects.

Collaborate with Growth Manager in the following areas:

• Preparing & implementing paid media campaigns
• Preparing & implementing CRM and email marketing strategy
• Overseeing affiliate channels
• Data analysis and reporting on campaign performance
• Coordinating content creation and distribution for both platforms
• Aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Planning and coordinating other marketing activities

Administrative Coordination:

• Organize documents and manage workflow across the the team as well as with other teams
• Work on ensuring team processes are being followers and optimized
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is preferred
• Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with some exposure to paid media
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to take ownership and develop into an independent role under the Growth Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, and basic data analysis tools
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency markets is a plus
