Position Title:

HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR systems.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Familiarity with local labour laws would be beneficial.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
