As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products deliver exceptional user experiences and adhere to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quality assurance methodologies, automation testing, and an enthusiasm for driving product excellence.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  - Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.

  - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  - Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with development teams to resolve them.

2.  Automation and Tools:

  - Automate test cases using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

  - Evaluate and implement new testing tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.

3.  Collaboration and Reporting:

  - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.

  - Prepare and share test reports with insights on issues and areas for improvement.

4.  Compliance and Standards:

  - Ensure all testing processes comply with data integrity, security, and application standards.

  - Maintain thorough documentation for QA processes, changes, and user guides.

1.  Technical Skills:

  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  - 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

  - Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).

  - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence.

  - Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries.

2.  Preferred Skills:

  - Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

  - Knowledge of cloud services, Kubernetes, and Docker.

  - Experience in testing fintech applications, analytics, or big data solutions is a plus.
