Project Manager

Role Overview:

Our client in the IT Managed Services industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, global projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality data services and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada (except for QC)

Salary range: $75K-85K

Perm role with full benefits.

Full time hours Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project deployment, ensuring alignment with AI and LLM objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, language specialists, and quality managers to develop AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive continuous improvement in data annotation, localization, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement strategies to resolve issues impacting project delivery.
• Monitor project-level productivity and KPIs, focusing on operational and quality metrics.
• Explore automation and augmentation of workflows using AI innovations.
• Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication.
• Stay updated on evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs, guiding the team's methods accordingly.
• Provide exceptional mentorship and career development to team members, ensuring high engagement and low attrition.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in AI or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Project Management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
