Position Overview: The Healthcare Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the project management/Architect team, providing essential support to our Business Architects. This role involves coordinating various projects, assisting with the creation and maintenance of status reports, playbooks, and management reports, as well as facilitating the initiation of new tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adherence to deadlines.

• Assist Business Architects in developing project plans and schedules.

• Prepare comprehensive status reports and update management on project progress.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including playbooks and management reports.

• Request and track new tasks, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines.

• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

• Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed minutes and action items.

• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate level when necessary.

• Support the project management team with administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.


Compensation:

$40/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
