Job Description: We are seeking an innovative and experienced leader to manage and expand our game hosting server services. As the Head of Game Hosting Servers, you will be responsible for developing the overall strategy for game server hosting, managing the infrastructure, and ensuring high performance and reliability for our gaming clients. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers and support staff to create a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the game hosting division, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
• Oversee the game server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to develop game hosting solutions that meet market demands.
• Monitor server performance, manage capacity, and ensure uptime and low latency for game hosting clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the game hosting market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing game hosting servers or cloud infrastructure, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of server architecture, virtualization, networking, and security protocols.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale hosting environments.
