Senior Software Engineer (Core Platform)

This pioneering technology is leveraged by 8 of the top 10 banks in the United States, aiding call centers in thwarting fraudulent activities, including identity theft and impersonation scams orchestrated by fraudsters. With a strong emphasis on research, the firm is innovating new offerings, including a ground-breaking solution that will be developed in Ukraine.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go/C++/Java (5-7 years of comprehensive software development experience)
• Familiarity with Python - advantageous
• Experience in cloud computing platforms: AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Terraform knowledge - desirable
• Fluent English proficiency
  
  

Primary Duties

• Audio Data Processing: Gather and convert audio data from diverse origins into a uniform format, facilitating subsequent analysis and insights crucial for fighting fraud and misconduct.
• Real-Time Data Management: Supervise the instantaneous processing of substantial data volumes, guaranteeing system availability and dependability during calls without any lags or interruptions.
• Fraud Detection Improvement: Contribute significantly to initiatives aimed at minimizing fraud and malpractice, reinstating trust in telecommunication by assuring the precision and validity of collected data.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage in close cooperation with other divisions, especially the science team, to ensure seamless integration of processed data within broader company systems for analytical purposes.
• Reliability & Scalability of Systems: Forecast the organization’s prerequisites and aid in the conception and application of scalable, trustworthy, and consistent methodologies to bolster the company's data-centric projects.
• Data Archiving & Authenticity: Supervise the dependable storage of processed information to guarantee continuity and avert failures that may hinder organizational operations.
