Senior Product Manager

Avenga is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. Our customer is a provider of reference and background-checking solutions. It develops products that support their clients with the hiring process in part of a candidate's background check.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and establishing requirements management processes. You will also take part in improvement of business processes and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5 +years of experience as BA;
• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager;
• Experience in leading teams or mentorship activities;
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and approaches;
• Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks;
• Skilled in Report Generation and Management;
• Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders including C level;
• Knowledge of API functionalities and operations;
• Thorough understanding the functionality and elements of the system or systems affected by the project;
• Practical experience in requirements management process;
• API Integration expertise - widgets and frames;
• English - Upper-Intermediate high.

Nice to have:

• Relevant professional certifications (IIBA-CBAP, PSPO, CAP or similar)
• Understanding of domain specific (Recruitment, HR processes, CRM, background check)

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results;
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions;
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies;
• Report Generation and Management;
• Integratе Frame and Widget;
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals);
• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation and managing project scope;
• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others.
