Ai/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Generative AI to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taking academic research ideas to Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and production-ready solutions.

They will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, particularly in the area of Generative AI.

The candidate should have experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), preference tuning using methods such as DPO, deploying them to production.

They should also understand or have experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hybrid search, re-ranking and relevant concepts.

They should be familiar with either AWS or Azure or GCP services for ML model deployment.
