Your role

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in software engineering, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

• work on web applications in the Due Diligence space, built with Java/Spring/Oracle
• learn about how our Gitlab pipelines work and identify ways to improve them
• learn about cloud based applications and how they differ from traditional applications
• collaborate with teams across multiple locations, through pair programming and group projects, learning from senior engineers how to build robust, scalable products
• work closely with cross-functional team members to improve our digital products
  
  

Your team

You will be working in the ‘Periodic KYC Pod’ which is part of the Client Reviews product family in the GCRG Stream. Our team develops, enhances and supports web applications in the Financial Crime Prevention space, with thousands of client advisors and Compliance staff using our systems daily.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has programming skills (i.e., Java, Scala, SQL, Typescript/JavaScript, any DevOps/Cloud is a plus)
• has gained interest in object oriented programming as well as DevOps practices through courses, projects or work experience
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
