About you

As a Technical Specialist, you will be overseeing and advising on technical areas of our offensive security services. The role also involves working directly with clients on delivering complex projects. You will be providing expert advisory and hands-on services in offensive security engagements. You are a seasoned professional with deep technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for breaking down defences to help build stronger fortresses.

What you'll do

• Upskill other consultants in specific technical areas - Provide mentorship and technical support to peers and subordinates and help in their professional growth (technical and consulting).
• Demonstrate high technical competence and understand the intricacies of technical topics relevant to the teams function and services on offer to customers.
• Deliver niche technical engagements, even without explicit prior knowledge/experience to grow the technical depth of the group, maintain your skills set and consciously acquire new competences though self-development and formal training.
• Maintain proficiency in executing all core services.
• Build relationships, identify, and win new work streams.
• Champion the quality assurance process and ensure deliverables are executed to current best security practises.
