We are now looking for
PAYROLL PROCESS LEAD
to be responsible for the successful execution and development of payroll process solutions in close cooperation with the People & Culture (P&C) department, internal stakeholders, and the payroll vendor. The role is positioned within the People and Culture; People Services organization and reports to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle and Payroll Processes.

- Provide second-tier support and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders with operative payroll processes
- Lead and participate in the development of payroll processes
- Keep track of changes affecting payroll alongside P&C roles and the vendor
Our Expectations
- HRM and payroll process expertise with understanding of laws, collective agreements and local agreements
- Strong payroll end to end orientation
- Ability to develop processes and drive change with active and agile development mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Independent working style
- HR, Time and Payroll Data reporting
- Knowledge of Workday, SAP HR and/or other HR and payroll systems knowledge is an advantage
