The THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU Group implements technologically demanding projects worldwide in the Mining Technology, Construction, Production and Facility Management business segments.

To strengthen the Shaft Sinking and Drilling Division, we are looking to recruit a qualified

International Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

Drive the performance of THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU GMBH's international shaft construction projects.
Taking an active role in shaping an international construction site team with a high degree of personal responsibility and a focus on team spirit and personal development in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Ensuring that contractual commitments are met in terms of time and quality (timely response, high quality deliverables)
Identify and record progress and risks
Central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements

You have a degree in mining or civil engineering or a comparable qualification.

You Are Distinguished By

Several years of professional experience in construction and project management in the field of shaft and tunnel construction.
Very good written and spoken English and ideally another foreign language
Experience abroad
Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as motivation, commitment, resilience and mobility
Willingness to work abroad for several years
