We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us unlock insights from player behavior and game data, enabling us to continually enhance our casual puzzle game, Merge Studio.

Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive game design documents to guide the implementation of new, engaging features.
• Collaborating closely with art, development, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with the company’s goals.
• Continuously monitoring key KPIs (e.g., retention, LTV, ARPU), analyzing player behavior data, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and engagement.
• Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies.
• Leveraging market trends, competitor insights, and player feedback to shape product roadmaps and feature development.
• Planning and optimizing in-game events, promotions, and player onboarding flows.
• Building and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on player needs, business impact, and development resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the mobile casual puzzle gaming industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full mobile game lifecycle, from development and launch to live operations.
• Strong understanding of key mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, LTV, ARPU)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for mobile gaming and game development.
