Job Description

The team - your impact

As a UX Strategist / Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of UX projects, while also contributing to the growth and enhancement of our design system. Working as part of a motivated team of UX and digital experts, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful international projects in the energy industry. Your active participation in team decisions will help drive positive change within our organization.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Design a consistent, easy-to-use, efficient user experience across multiple platforms, including standard software (COTS)
• Act as the interface between clients, stakeholders, designers, developers, and end-users
• Conduct user research, testing, and analytics to improve product usability
• Help clients prioritize features to maintain simplicity in UX
• Plan, map out, and simulate end-to-end user journeys, ensuring security, accessibility, and privacy
• Provide clients with options and assist in decision-making & promote sustainable, reusable UX design to new clients
• Collaborate closely with clients to analyze requirements and prepare detailed briefings for the production team
• Facilitate project exploration workshops to drive innovation and creativity and coach product/project organizations in user-centric methodologies, especially in large corporate programs
  
  

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• BA or MA in business, informatics, design, or related fields
• Significant consulting experience, particularly in shaping projects and products to be user-centric
• Experience in corporate digital transformation programs, start-ups, consulting, or agencies as a strategist, account manager, or consultant
• Understanding of corporate processes and how to improve them as well as ability to lead decision processes among stakeholders
• Empathy for end-users and anticipation of their needs
• Effective communication with developers and other teams
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Miro and Figma, atomic design principles & design systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
