Ingénieur Network & security/ Team leader

At F3C, network security is central to our IT solutions. We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer/Team Leader to lead a team of 6 network and security engineers, with the support of a project manager, while contributing to strategic projects in an innovative technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of network and security engineers
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust and scalable network security solutions
• Handle critical incidents and provide high-level technical support
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the integration and deployment of best security practices
• Ensure overall team performance by optimising processes and setting clear objectives

Required skills:

• 10 years of experience in Network Security
• Extensive expertise in network and security technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and security protocols (IPsec, BGP, 802.1X, VLANs, IDS/IPS)
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate
• Professional security certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, CISSP, etc.)
• Proficiency in English; any other language would be an asset
• Good knowledge of security standards (ISO27001, ITIL) and incident management practices
