Contract type:

All contracts are project-based.

• Architect and execute a comprehensive database strategy that supports scalability, security, and performance across our integrated SaaS platforms.
• Lead the integration of various SaaS applications using API interfaces, ensuring robust and efficient interconnectivity.
• Drive initiatives to cultivate and expand the engineering and technology skills of our citizen developers, empowering them to contribute effectively to our software projects.
• Play an integral role in our SCRUM process, promoting agile practices and continuous improvement within a LEAN organizational framework.
• Develop full-stack web applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end development, to create innovative software solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and GDS development teams, as well as our product design team, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that align with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth among the development team.
• Participate actively as a member of our leadership team, offering valuable technology insights that inform strategic business decisions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work towards optimizing applications for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain a high standard of code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software engineering.
• Document development processes, system architecture, and component standards to facilitate knowledge transfer and future development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a proven track record in software integration, database architecture, and product development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
• Demonstrated expertise in API development, integration, and lifecycle management.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies and the ability to design and implement robust database solutions.
• Solid experience with SCRUM and agile methodologies within a LEAN organization.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor developers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a commitment to bringing innovative perspectives to business decision-making.
