Full Stack Developer - Bsporty Trading

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end web applications that enhance legal workflows and improve the user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Back-End Development:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient backend services using Python, Django, Node.js, and MERN stack technologies.
Design and manage API endpoints, working with MongoDB and Mongoose to ensure seamless data handling and robust backend performance.
Optimize the performance and scalability of backend services while maintaining high standards for security and reliability.
Front-End Development:
Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring designs to life and ensure the web applications are both visually appealing and functional.
Full Stack Integration:
Oversee the integration of both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring smooth interactions between the user interface and server-side services.
Maintain consistency between the user experience and underlying infrastructure for a high-quality, reliable product.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Mentor and guide a growing team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Set coding standards and best practices to ensure efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Infrastructure Management:
Manage cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and other cloud services, to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
Optimize deployment pipelines and ensure seamless CI/CD processes for the development team.
AI and Innovation:
Leverage AI technologies to improve application functionality, bringing innovative solutions to legal tech challenges.
Integrate machine learning models and other AI-driven features to enhance workflow automation and user experience.
Problem Solving and Technical Expertise:
Tackle complex technical challenges by applying strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal professionals, to align technology solutions with business goals.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in Python, Django, Node.js, ReactJS, and the MERN stack.
Strong experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, Express.js, and developing scalable web applications.
Experience with cloud infrastructure management using AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of front-end development, with experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Previous experience integrating AI technologies in applications is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to tackle technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including legal professionals.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Attention to detail, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
