PMP (Project Management Professional) Certifications to demonstrate process mastery. Preferred: Master's degree preferred. Experience: Required: 10+ years leading complex infrastructure/technology programs. Expert in utility-based project implementation, specifically in advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), with examples of past projects and outcomes. Demonstrated Resource planning and management across dispersed teams, including quantifiable improvements in team efficiency or project delivery times. Possessing Strong skills in technology integration and systems thinking, with evidence of innovative solutions that improved project outcomes. Executive-level communication and strategic thinking skills, with instances of influencing project direction or stakeholder decision-making. Value engineering and continuous improvement mindset with Supported examples of Initiatives and efficiency improvements in past projects. Languages: Required: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Preferred: Proficiency written and spoken Arabic.
