Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Vulnerability Assessment Management (VAPT) specialist to join our dynamic team at Jio. This is a full-time position available in Mumbai, Delhi, and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience and will be instrumental in maintaining security protocols across our platforms.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming for developing secure code functions and automation scripts.
• Expertise in predictive modeling to anticipate potential vulnerabilities and security threats.
• Strong competence in SQL for database management and security assessments.
• Experience in script writing for automating routine security checks and protocols.
• Machine Learning (Mandatory skill) for identifying and mitigating security risks.
• Data Visualization (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate security analysis findings.
• Big Data (Mandatory skill) skills for handling and analyzing large datasets to uncover security concerns.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills for thorough evaluation of security measures.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of networks and systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and implement security best practices.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automated vulnerability detection and mitigation.
• Monitor security alerts and threat intelligence to proactively address potential security issues.
• Prepare detailed reports of identified vulnerabilities, suggested remediations, and improvement strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on the latest industry threats and security technologies to enhance defenses.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
