Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web3 Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying decentralized applications (dApps), creating smart contracts, and working with blockchain technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge blockchain solutions that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
• Write secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar frameworks.
• Develop APIs and backend services to interact with blockchain networks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate blockchain functionalities into user-facing applications.
• Research and stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology, protocols, and security standards.
• Debug, test, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain applications for performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable codebases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in blockchain development frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or Polkadot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
• Understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Metamask, Ganache, Infura, IPFS, and The Graph.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Layer 2 solutions like Optimism, Arbitrum, or zkSync.

Knowledge of NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and token standards (ERC-20, BEP-20).

Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and blockchain interoperability.

Understanding of blockchain security best practices and audits.

Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
