Your Role

You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This dynamic role involves offering technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, interfacing with development teams on various product matters, and contributing to projects. This position offers a chance to expand your technical skill set in a supportive learning environment while collaborating closely with nearly every internal and external facet of the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve problems in response to customer/system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
  • Identify and break down problems using structured problem-resolution approaches.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze, and provide solutions to encountered problems.
  • Set up and configure requests in collaboration with customers.
  • Make changes to existing setups based on customer descriptions.
  • Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments.
  • Provide management with feedback about areas of technical concern for associates and frequently encountered problems.
  • Update skill set by keeping up with technology changes and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions in accordance with the professional development plan.
  • Shift work is required.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become proficient with unfamiliar systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with different countries, cultures, and clients (both internal and external).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Technical support or IT experience is strongly desired.
  • Readiness and availability to work in shifts.
