Web developer (m/f/d)

As front-end developer, the webmaster/web developer creates / updates / maintains all KPMG internal and external websites following the KPMG Global Branding rules and the new technologies in this area.

Website

• Creates, manages and enhance our CMS platform (AEM) through continuous development of new modules, templates, and functionality.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to web modules that will produce visual elements on the company website.
• Integrate with external analytics systems or other marketing API services.
• Manages DNS and SSL certificates
• Analyzes and improves site traffic, SEO

Analyze & Track

• Contribute to the team’s best practices for performing A/B test
• Establish KPI and elaborate dashboards to track web performance

SEO

• Implement the SEO strategy to secure top organic search rankings for top value keywords and generate organic leads

• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with project management, design, communication and other digital marketing team to understand and refine project goals and requirements.
• Manage the communication with internal clients

• Education requirements : Bachelor/Master Degree in Web Development /Multimedia
• Work experience requirements : 5 years of experience as webmaster / web developer
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems especially MS Excel
• Someone fluent in English. Any other language (French, German or Luxembourgish especially) will be considered as a plus.
• You have excellent negotiation and overall exceptional communication skills (reading and writing)
• Strong technical programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Javascript 
• Good knowledge of Google Solutions (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Optimize, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner)
• Knowledge of OneTurst Cookie Consent is considered as an asset 
• Knowledge in Sharepoint and/or Adobe Experience Manager considered as assets
