- Oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to phase-out.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and needs.
- Identify market trends and competitor developments, and communicate these insights within the organization.
- Define the product vision and develop strategies and actions to expand the customer portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, production, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Collect, filter, and prioritize all requests and opportunities in the product funnel.
- Qualification as an electrical planner, electrician, automation technician, or electronics technician/ engineer
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, field service on technical or electrical products/ equipements
- Strong foundational technical knowledge and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus) and
- Fluent in French or German and English
