As Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the product business for a specific turbocharger family. This position is key to a successful implementation of the division strategy for turbochargers applied on small bore Medium Speed engines. The role focuses on managing the interdependences of activities in relation to sales, product development and enhancement, production, and sourcing.


In the Global Product Portfolio Management team you will have the opportunity to unfold your “can do” attitude and curiosity, shape the business around the allocated turbocharger family and build strong relationship with key stakeholders, while having fun and working in a highly collaborative and international environment.


Your responsibilities:

  • Drive volumes, market shares and profitability of MXP/CRRMS turbochargers
  • Manage the interdependences of activities around MXP/CRRMS in relation to sales, product development, production, supply chain and the collaboration partners
  • Define and execute required further product developments
  • Ensure product ramp-up capabilities in collaboration with operations and supply chain management
  • Follow-up and further initiation of pilot applications to detect potential product shortcoming in an early stage
  • Elaborate new collaboration models to drive volumes and profitability and to mitigate geopolitical risks and reduce trade complexity


Your background:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 10 years experiences in large engine industry
  • Min. 5 years experiences in leading positions with impact
  • Proven track record of international project management
  • Highest level of cultural sensitivity and effectiveness, result orientation as well as customer and market focus
  • Business fluent in English
