One of our focus areas, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), supports comprehensive blood, cell, and tissue management, with 180 blood centers across five countries using the platform.

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the leading blood, cell, and tissue management system in Scandinavia, ensuring its success across multiple countries.

As a Software Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain the blood, cell, and tissue management system used in over 180 blood centers across five countries.
• Play a key role in driving a technological shift, with opportunities to build cutting-edge medical software.
• Collaborate within a self-managed agile team of skilled and passionate colleagues.

Your strengths for this role:

• A BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience as a Java developer working with complex systems.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, modern architecture, and common frameworks and design patterns.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, well-organized, and driven to succeed.
• Fluent Swedish and/or Scandinavian language.
