Role
For one of our client we are looking for a temporary part time (16-24 hours per week) HR Coordinator for their office location in Capelle aan Den Ijssel.
Responsibilities:
- Local HR administration : updating & maintaining employee agreements, maintaining and registering time & absence according to Employee handbook or local statutory guidelines.
- Local benefits administration : Complete registration/deregistration with pension advisors for enrollment, log employee pension details, updating/maintaining pension details for new and existing employees.
- Rreview pension related invoices.
- Payroll administration, monthly payroll modifications (ex. updating working from home and/or travel allowances, salary)
- Coordinate with preferred absenteeism partner, register/deregister employees on sick leave through designated portal.
- Local HR mail handling.
- Other HR activities as needed;
You bring this
- Bachelor's degree level.
- Fluency in both Dutch & English (spoken and written).
- 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll.
- Accurate and strong administration skills.
- Immediate availability.
Offer
- Temporary role - maternity leave cover ( January – May 2025).
- Part time 16-24 hours p/w.
- Salary indication €3000 based on 40 hours.
- Location: Capelle a/d Ijssel, occasional office presence, most of the work can be done from home
- Travel allowance € 0,23 cents per km.
- Working from home € 2,15 per day.
