Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Specialist with expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) systems, particularly in timekeeping functionalities with emphasis on payroll flows. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications in WFM systems or project management are a plus. • Experience: Proven experience in Workforce Management, particularly in timekeeping, realtime monitoring, scheduling, and forecasting. Hands-on experience in system implementation and troubleshooting during rollouts. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM systems (e.g., UKG, Legion) and data analysis tools.
