Role Overview:


As a Software Engineer at Lensor, you'll be integral to enhancing and expanding our cutting-edge vehicle inspection solution. Working within a small, agile team, you’ll transform innovative business concepts into actionable technical solutions. This role allows you to work across both front-end and back-end development, offering the opportunity to work on a product you can see and touch, from concept to deployment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Translate Business Ideas: Convert new business concepts into detailed technical specifications and development plans.
  • Develop & Test Code: Design, develop, and test well-structured code optimized for performance and reliability, ensuring smooth operation in production.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality assurance practices, integrating coding standards with automated checking tools.
  • Continuous Deployment: Regularly deploy updates and iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with team members to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.


Who You Are:


  • Experienced in Back-End Engineering: Proven experience in production environments, with proficiency in Python and GitHub.
  • CI/CD Expert: Extensive experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Innovative & Curious: Keen interest in exploring new technologies and staying on the cutting edge of software development.
  • Cloud-Savvy: Strong knowledge of cloud systems and serverless architectures, especially AWS.
  • Hardware Integration Experience: Ability to integrate hardware sensors with Python code is a plus.
  • Team-Oriented: Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
