Key Responsibilities

Implementing solutions / applications for production environments in existing

systems

Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based applications for production and

high-availability (HA) systems.

Manage and optimize SQL and RDB databases to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Utilize Docker for containerization and streamlined deployment processes.

Implement security best practices to ensure the robustness and compliance of

applications.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

Work collaboratively on cloud-based projects, with AWS as the preferred platform.

Contribute to system architecture planning and optimization for scalable solutions.

Apply knowledge of AI/LLM/embeddings to enhance application functionality (if

applicable).

Profile Requirements

Hard Skills:

3+ years of industry experience in Python development.

Proven experience with production and HA systems.

Proficiency in SQL and RDB databases.

Expertise in Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of security best practices.

Nice To Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).

Familiarity with system architecture planning and optimization.

Understanding of AI/LLM/embeddings concepts.

Polish language proficiency for online communication (written and spoken).

Soft Skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
