Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team in Warsaw. If you have a strong command of Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate, and system integration, along with a passion for creating and supporting innovative IT solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Job responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of IT solutions based on the presented analytical and technical documentation
• Reviewing analytical documentation
• Creating technical documentation
• Technical support for existing systems
• Reporting work progress to superiors

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Fully available in the Polish time zone
• Ability to work from the office in Warsaw 4 days a week - this is a must
• Very good knowledge of Java 8+ and object-oriented programming issues
• Experience in independent design, implementation, documentation and testing of application components
• Practical knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA and JEE frameworks
• Practical knowledge with message queue systems, particularly RabbitMQ
• Practical knowledge of tools supporting the software development process: Maven, Git, Gitlab, Gitlab, CI/CD, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira
• Knowledge of relational databases, in particular Oracle
• Practical knowledge of RESTful API design
• Experience in system integration
• Responsibility and diligence, readiness to create new solutions in line with the adopted process
• Ability to solve problems independently, ease of learning new technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-person team
• Knowledge of English at a level that enables communication

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with web frameworks
• Understanding of DevOps principles
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a relevant field
