We’re searching for an experienced CIT Admin who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering top-notch IT support and driving innovation to join our team in Jeddah, KSA

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-user requests and provide support for laptops, PCs, and asset inventory.
• Proactively resolve IT-related issues and facilitate day-to-day operational requirements.
• Research and implement new tools, techniques, and automation for:
• End-user devices
• Industry compliance requirements
• Standard practices
• New software
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and develop IT documentation, including standard operating procedures for end-user support.
• Drive the optimization of corporate IT operations by introducing industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT experience, with a proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-user devices and IT asset inventory.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ability to create comprehensive IT documentation. ( Mandatory)
• A proactive and solutions-driven mindset for tackling IT challenges.
• Enthusiasm for researching and implementing the latest tools and techniques in IT administration.
