Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Software Engineer (ReactJS, Redux)

This is a one-year contract role

What will you do?

• We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building high-performing front end applications using React JS and Redux Toolkit for state management, as well as robust backend applications.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to best practices, a security-first mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Develop and maintain high-quality front end applications using ReactJS
• Utilise Redux Toolkit for efficient state management
• Design and implement high-performing backend applications
• Ensure the security and performance of backend applications
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AWS services
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  
  
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in both frontend and backend development
• Extensive experience with React JS and Redux Toolkit
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies and AWS services
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to conduct thorough and constructive pull request reviews
• A security-first mindset in all aspects of development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is a plus
• A Pass in ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect or Software Developer by NUS-ISS is a plus
