As the company experiences positive growth globally, they are seeking a talented professional to lead cultural and organisational strategies across the region. This pivotal role will involve designing and implementing frameworks and programs that drive organisational change and growth. Areas of focus include scaling operations, leadership development, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce upskilling and reskilling. A core aspect of the role will also include partnering with senior leadership to address organisational challenges, deliver tailored solutions, and provide leadership training to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in organisational development and/or culture transformation, ideally within a regional or global capacity. Strong capabilities in engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguous, matrixed environments are essential. Fluency in both Mandarin and English are highly advantageous in order to drive alignment and operational efficiency across the business.
