Trading Solutions Analyst

EC1 Partners is currently working with a Global Financial Markets firm and we’re looking for a Trading Solutions Analyst based in SG.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and provide support for live trading platforms on shift rotation
• Enhance monitoring and optimization of array of B2B bank and client connections
• Configure and deploy technical solutions tailored to clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development
• Set up client accounts across various systems as per specific client requirements
• Engage in risk management, including monitoring trade matches outside regular Operations department hours

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply / Experience within financial services industry - FX/OTC trading support role
• Strong analytical aptitude
• Comfortable with work shifts (early morning 5am/6am)
• Display stamina, adaptability, hands-on approach, and adeptness in independent and team settings
• Proficiency in structured client and business unit interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skill in prioritizing issues and managing workload effectively
• Strong client-centric focus
• Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, and inclined towards innovation
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and/or MT4/MT5 is highly advantageous
