Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM). This role is pivotal in engineering sophisticated AI-driven tools that elevate our financial services and products. If you have a passion for AI technology and a proven track record in NLP and LLM.

Your new role:

• Lead the design and deployment of NLP and LLM solutions to refine and innovate our financial product offerings
• Work collaboratively with international teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance both user experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advances and industry trends in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM.
• Evaluate and refine machine learning models to ensure they meet our standards for scalability and effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs such as GPT.
• Implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training and inference of LLM
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train LLMs
• Develop tools and processes to monitor model performance and maintain high-quality data pipelines
• Drive research and development projects within AI that align with our strategic objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in NLP, Reinforcement Learning with demonstrated success in applying these technologies in a commercial environment.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM
• Expertise in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with AI/ML/LLM frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and other ML Frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools
• Proven ability to handle project delivery in a multicultural environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Hindi, etc.) considered a plus.
